German Speaking Security Solution Architect

Your mission

Act as lead architect for security projects—both internal and client-facing
Design, document, and implement enterprise security solutions across cloud, hybrid, and on-prem environments
Drive pre-sales engagements: translate client needs into winning technical proposals and present solutions with confidence
Mentor and steer our small SOC team, ensuring best practices and continuous improvement
Oversee SIEM, EDR/XDR, and vulnerability management strategies and integrations
Serve as a trusted advisor for executives and technical teams, ensuring compliance with standards (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, GDPR)

Your profile

5+ years of experience as a Security Architect or Senior Security Consultant
Fluent German (C1+) and very good English for daily client communication
Strong background in network security and identity & access management (IAM)
Hands-on expertise with SIEM, EDR/XDR, and vulnerability management
Solid knowledge of cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid/on-prem environments
Proven experience leading or mentoring a SOC / security operations team
Excellent consulting and presentation skills—comfortable with executives and technical teams
Familiarity with compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, GDPR)
